Our Onigiri are delicious, fluffy rice triangles filled with organic, yummy plant-based fillings. The innovative double-layered wrapping keeps the Nori seaweed dry and crispy until you open them!
We have taken Japan's favourite snack and given the fillings a European twist. Great on the go, perfect for the lunch box or picnic snack: our onigiri are filling yet easy to digest, help regulate your appetite and energise your body, mind and soul.

Onigiri Ambassadors
Onigiri are a Japanese ancient staple that was not only an on-the-go source of food but, was seen as an offering to the gods.
As food enthusiasts, we first encountered these delicious, simple snacks on our culinary travels to Tokyo. We have always wondered why Onigiri is not more well known in the UK - at least not as much as their sister food sushi.
As lovers of plant-based foods, we saw so much potential in this delicate, simple soul food. We hence set out to blend Japanese culinary cuisine with local flavours using Sussex-grown vegetables by biodynamic farmers who care and respect the environment.
Cooked in our Sussex kitchen, we source the most local, seasonal, organic and biodynamic ingredients available to offer you delicious yet nutritious fillings.
These triangular beauties are not only rich in fibre but contain plenty of sodium and carbohydrates yet are low in calories - yes it's true.
Great on the go, perfect for the lunch box, a wonderful fridge companion or even as a contemporary picnic staple: our onigiri are filling yet easy to digest, help regulate your appetite and energise your body, mind and soul.
